At Nude Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
